Lukas Health Care Services is one of the first fully integrated vocational schools training caregivers in Nigeria, and our E-Certificates carry the same accreditation and validity as physical copies.

If you require a physical hard copy of your certificate, you may request one by contacting our customer service. The following fees apply:

• Hard Copy Printing Fee: NGN 10,000 (non-negotiable)
• Shipping Charges: Calculated based on your delivery location within Nigeria (see Section 3 below)

Please note that hard copies are printed on high-quality certificate paper with official stamps and signatures from our team of specialists, which includes medical practitioners, registered nurses, and certified dementia specialists.

To request a hard copy certificate, please follow these steps:

1. Complete your course and receive your E-Certificate first.
2. Contact our customer service via:

4. Customer service will confirm the total fee (NGN 10,000 printing + shipping charges).
5. Make payment to the provided account details.
6. Once payment is confirmed, your hard copy will be printed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Once your hard copy request is confirmed and payment is received, delivery timelines are as follows:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days for printing and packaging
• Shipping Time (within Nigeria): 3-10 business days depending on location

Total estimated delivery: 6-15 business days from payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number (where available) via email or SMS. Lukas Health Care Services is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Currently, hard copy certificates are shipped only to addresses within Nigeria. For international requests, please contact customer service at lukeautos@yahoo.com to discuss options. International shipping costs will be significantly higher and will be calculated on a case-by-case basis. Alternatively, we strongly recommend using our free E-Certificate for international recognition, as it carries the same CPD accreditation and is accepted globally.

If your hard copy certificate is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the shipping carrier. If the loss or damage is confirmed to be our fault or the carrier's fault, we will reprint and reship at no additional cost (one replacement only). If you provide an incorrect address or fail to pick up from a delivery center, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

For lost E-Certificates, you can always log into your account and re-download your certificate at no charge.

Once a hard copy certificate has been printed and shipped, the NGN 10,000 printing fee is non-refundable. Shipping charges are also non-refundable once the item has been dispatched. If you cancel your hard copy request before printing has begun, a full refund may be issued. Please contact customer service immediately if you wish to cancel.

Course fees themselves remain non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.
