Lukas Health Care Services is one of the first fully integrated vocational schools training professional and non-professional caregivers in Nigeria and a proud member of the Wellcare Group.

"Courses" means any online training modules, certifications, or educational content offered by Lukas Health Care Services Academy. "User" or "You" means any individual or entity accessing our services. "Caregiver Training" refers to our professional and non-professional caregiver certification programs. "CPD" refers to Continuing Professional Development approved courses. "Wellcare Group" refers to the first professionally run homecare company in Nigeria, of which we are a proud member.

To enroll in our courses, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate online access to your purchased courses. Our courses combine class work and practical field experience, offering comprehensive coverage of knowledge, skills, and core values needed for effective caregiving. There are no final exams - you graduate as a competent caregiver. Course durations range from 20 minutes to 990 minutes as specified on each course page. Access is for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Course prices range from NGN10,000 to NGN80,000 as specified. We offer "Free Trial" options for many courses to preview content. Payment must be made in full before course access is granted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Promotional discounts are subject to specific terms and expiration dates.

Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues preventing course access, contact us within 7 days of purchase at lukeautos@yahoo.com. We offer free trials so you can evaluate courses before purchasing. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or course completion.

All course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and content are the exclusive property of Lukas Health Care Services and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or sell any content without our prior written consent. Personal use for learning is permitted. Unauthorized sharing of accounts or course materials is strictly prohibited.

Upon successful course completion, you receive a certificate approved by recognized bodies including CPD, IIRSM, IOSH, Institute of Hospitality, Gatehouse Awards, IATP, and IFE. Our team consists of specialists including medical practitioners, family medicine doctors, geriatrics specialists, registered nurses, certified dementia specialists, certified assessors, and administrators. Certificates are issued electronically. We do not guarantee employment upon certification.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You shall not: harass or harm others, upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with our platform, or use our content for commercial resale. Well-trained caregivers can prevent falls, injuries, and hospitalizations, manage medications, take vital signs, and recognize red flags. However, you must always practice within your scope of training.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lukas Health Care Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our courses or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or job placements upon certification.

Our courses are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that course content is error-free or uninterrupted. The difference between a good caregiver and a great one often comes down to training, but results vary by individual. You are responsible for applying learned skills appropriately.

We collect personal information necessary for course enrollment and certification. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required for payment processing or legal compliance. Our courses may reference external resources or include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Any reliance on third-party materials is at your own risk. We do not endorse any external products or services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or service without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to courses immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property, or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Company. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
