Once you purchase a course and receive immediate online access, we cannot issue refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or course completion. Lukas Health Care Services is one of the first fully integrated vocational schools training caregivers in Nigeria, and our courses provide immediate value through downloadable certificates and CPD-approved content.

To help you make an informed decision, most of our courses offer a "Free Trial" option. You can preview course content, review the structure, and evaluate the quality before making a purchase. We strongly encourage you to use the free trial feature to ensure the course meets your expectations. Because we provide this no-risk preview, we do not offer refunds after purchase.

If you experience genuine technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased course (e.g., platform errors, corrupted files, login failures), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at lukeautos@yahoo.com. We will work diligently to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the technical problem after reasonable attempts, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit toward another course.

If you accidentally purchase the same course twice or make an unintended duplicate order, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will verify the duplicate and may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase only, minus any processing fees. Single intentional purchases remain non-refundable.

Our course descriptions, durations, and accreditation details are clearly listed on each product page. Because we offer free trials for most courses, we do not accept refund requests based on "course not as expected" after purchase. You are responsible for reviewing the free trial and course description before completing your purchase.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if you decide the course is not suitable after accessing the materials. Our free trial option is specifically designed to prevent this situation. Please use the free trial to confirm that the course aligns with your learning goals before purchasing.

For eligible refund requests (limited to technical issues or duplicate purchases as described above), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at lukeautos@yahoo.com with your order details, full name, and a clear explanation of the issue. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. We may require screenshots or video evidence of technical problems.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve a legitimate issue, your account will be immediately suspended, and access to all courses will be revoked. We reserve the right to present evidence of your purchase and course access to payment processors. Any chargeback fees incurred will be charged back to you.

If a refund is issued for any reason, your access to the applicable course(s) will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to view course materials or download certificates. Any certificates obtained prior to refund may be invalidated. Please ensure you have completed your learning before requesting a refund.
